Individual therapy is for anyone who feels they may need some extra help dealing with thoughts, behaviours or emotions that are troubling.
Some reasons why people go to therapy:
Addiction (Drug, Alcohol, Sex, Pornography)
Anger issues
Anxiety
Phobias
PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder)
Trauma
Stress
Unexpected mood changes/ mood swings
Unresolved guilt or shame

Other reasons to seek therapy:
Going through big change
Withdrawal from things you once used to love doing
Feeling isolated
Feeling like you’re losing control
Sleeping patterns are off
Support / coping with loss: Loss is often a common reason people seek therapy, whether the loss of a loved one, a relationship break up, or losing your job, all of these situations require support.
